We operate a self check-in service where you will check-in using a key code that will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival date. You will use this code to collec5 your keys to enter the property and to enter your room.
There are locks on all our bedroom doors. On your check-out date, please put your key back in the keysafe when leaving the property. Loosing your keys or not leaving them on checkout will result in £18 charge to replace the keys
We work hard to ensure that your accomodation is kept clean, quiet, and a safe space for you and your loved ones to enjoy your stay. Please be considerate of others and keep the spaces clean, keep noise down and stay peaceful. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
As a result, we expect you to leave the shared spaces and your bedroom as you would like to find them. Clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen.
Smoking, pets, and parties are strictly not allowed in our properties. If you are found violating this rule, you will be asked to leave the accomodation and will not receive any refund.
Every stay must be booked in advance. Unless booked and paid for, we cannot commit to keep any dates for any guest.
